NOMAD RENDERING

Rendering done by a colleague at Zukun Plan in Vray.

SUBASSEMBLY

This view shows how the water container plugs into the base, screenshot in ProE.

BLOW MOLD HANDLE ATTACHMENT

Here I helped develop the structure on the blow-molded part to accept the plastic handle cover, making sure also the mating surfaces did not have interferance.

DOCUMENTATION

An example of documenting all of the Parts for the Base Assembly with a Bill of Materials (BOM). It is often necessary to adopt the Drawing Package conventions of our clients.

NOMAD EXPLODED VIEW RENDER

Showing all of the components, my role was to help finish out the final detailing and documentation for most of the parts.

SOFTGOODS INTEGRATION

I was in control of integrating the soft goods front into the Base - this involved capturing a neoprene door front with a plastic frame and also specifying the pattern size for the manufacturer.

SCREENSHOT OF ProE WORK

An example of a fully defined sketch and also of a part with boss mating and overmold geometry.
